An AI receptionist for salons and appointment-based businesses
When every chair is busy, the phone rings out and the booking goes to the next name on Google. This answers every call, first ring, seven days, and books the right service with the right person straight into your diary.
It books the way your best receptionist would.
Every call answered, every booking right
- Answers first ring, seven days, after hours included.
- Checks real availability and only offers times that are actually free.
- Books the right service, the right person and the right length of slot. It knows who works which days and who does what.
- Recognises regulars by their number and books them with their usual person.
- Reads the booking back and only books it once the caller says yes.
Your rules, not a script
- Follows the way you run the business. For example: new colour clients get a consultation and patch test first, consultations are for new clients only, and long appointments need a deposit.
- Texts the client a confirmation, plus a deposit link when you want one. The slot is held until it's paid.
- Hands the call to a person, or takes a message and texts it to you, the moment it should. Complaints come straight to you.
Set up in days, tuned over a fortnight.
A look at your calls
How many you miss, when, and what people are ringing for. That decides how it's set up.
Your rules, written down
Services and how long they take, who works when, who does what, your deposit and cancellation policy.
Connected and tested
Hooked into your booking system and put through real call scenarios before it speaks to a single client.
Live on your number
Your existing number, your choice of when it picks up. I come back over the first fortnight and fix what it got wrong.
Try to trip it up.
I'll send you a link to a working demo set up as a salon. Ring it, book yourself in, change your mind, ask for someone else, ask for a colour as a new client. Then decide.
Straight answers.
What does an AI receptionist cost?
A fixed setup fee and a flat monthly fee. Your scope is assessed before you commit, so you know the full price up front. No lock-in.
Does it work with my booking system?
It books into the system you already run, where that system allows an outside connection. I check that before you commit. If yours doesn't allow it, I tell you straight and we look at the options.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It runs on your existing number. You choose when calls go to it: when the desk is busy, after hours, or every call.
Will callers know it's not a person?
It speaks naturally, in an Australian voice. If someone asks, it tells them straight: it's the business's AI receptionist, sometimes called a virtual receptionist. That's software that answers the phone, checks your diary and makes bookings the way your front desk would. Then it offers to put them through to a person.
What happens when it can't help?
It hands the call to a person, or takes a message and texts it to you, the moment it should. Complaints and anything unusual go straight to you.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. It's set up and tuned remotely, anywhere in Australia, and I'm on site when it helps.
Twenty minutes on the phone.
Tell me how many calls you think you're missing and when. I'll tell you whether this fits, and if it doesn't, I'll say so.
